Susan Harris has enjoyed a long, successful Santa Fe
real estate career assisting Buyers & Sellers in
acquiring architecturally significant homes, whether
located on the historic Eastside; in downtown Santa Fe;
in Santa Fe's Foothills; with sweeping views of the
Sangre de Cristo & Jemez mountain ranges; or in Eldorado,
Lamy, and Galisteo for enjoying Sandia, Cerrillos, and
Ortiz mountainscapes; in luxurious Las Campanas and La
Tierra; or in the sweet lush valley locations of La
Cienega, Tesuque, and Abiquiu.
Susan has held her Real Estate Brokers license for over
25 years, earning the advanced designations of Graduate
of Realtors Institute (GRI), Certified Residential
Specialist (CRS) and is currently focused on achieving
E-Pro Certification. Having begun her real estate
practice in Madison, Wisconsin, Susan visited Santa Fe
many times “on pilgrimage.” 20+ years ago when she
wasn’t expecting it, Susan was successfully recruited by
a Santa Fe real estate firm. Susan can share with you
many captivating stories about how people found their

After working for one of Santa Fe’s largest real estate
brokers, Susan created SusanHarrisRealty.com, envisioning
how real estate could be a more rewarding experience for
