West Side
This older, family community – some commercial development and mid-priced adobe homes.

Barrio la Cañada
Just west of downtown Santa Feed community. The homes are larger than those closer to the center west side of Santa Fe

Casa Alegre
These smaller pueblo style homes were  developed by Allen Stamm in the 1950s. The have close proximity to shopping, schools and churches.

Kaune Neighborhood
Another area of Stamm-designed homes with hardwood floors and vigas.  There are parks, schools and churches in an area with parks, schools and churches.  The subdivision was planned by famed Santa Fe architect John Gaw Meem.

Tierra Contenta
Tierra Contenta is a mixed income community designed to provide low and moderate priced housing for under-served families in the area.  4000 homes are planned in the area, with parks, schools, businesses and open space.

Rancho Viejo
Rancho Viejo is a planned community just south of Santa Fe and blends community amenities, attractive homes, encompassing over 11,000 acres.  50% of teh area ias preserved as open space and parks.  Paved walking paths, other amenities.
